Jumotek Healthcare Services provides Home Health Care services in Bladensburg, Maryland, to Geriatrics and Pediatrics patients (1-100 years and older) in the comfort of their homes, without discrimination of race, color, or nationality, age, sex, handicap, religion, and sexual orientation.
– At the start of service, our skilled clinicians, the registered nurses, conduct a comprehensive/thorough assessment of the client.
– The RN develops a home care plan for our caregivers to follow.
– All services shall comply with the patient’s diagnosis and physician’s order cum plan of treatment.
Our RN provides supervisory oversight throughout the course of home care, with a follow-up visit in the first 10 days and then every 30 to 60 days to evaluate the caregivers.

Companionship and Personal Care
Our experienced compassionate GNA/CNA caregivers provide exceptional loving care to our clients to include but not limited to:
- Companionship with conversation and games
- Medication reminder
- Bathing and showering, personal hygiene
- Restroom assistance
- Meal preparation and serving/feeding
- Transfer assistance and ambulation
- Transportation to appointments
- Grocery shopping
Medication Administration and Personal Care
Our Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Administers prescribed medications or starts intravenous fluids and notes times and amounts on patients’ charts.
- Measures and records patient’s vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
- Responds appropriately in emergency situations
- Records food and fluid intake and output
- Helps patients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ambulation
- Transfer assistance and ambulation
- Transportation to appointments
- Grocery shopping
Skilled and Complex Nursing Care
This is our highest level of care. Our Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide:
- Wound Care
- Medication Management
- Pre or Post-Operative Care
- Monitoring Vital Signs
- Catheter Care
- PICC Line Care & IV Monitoring
- Ostomy Care
- Diabetics: Insulin and Glucose Monitoring
- Emptying Drainage Bag, Measuring, and Recording Output
