Dr. Monica Ugbaja founded Jumotek Healthcare Services in remembrance of her beloved mother, Mama Angelina Ugbaja, who rested in the Lord in the year 2013. Dr. Ugbaja had a very close bond with her mom who affectionately called her “Enyioma” meaning “good friend”. The zeal to transfer the bond and love between mother and child-led Dr. Ugbaja to find another avenue to use to transfer her compassionate loving care of her mother to other human beings— the elderly and the young needing assistance with activities of daily living.
Thus, the motto of Jumotek Healthcare Services is Compassionate Home Healthcare for the Young and the Aged.
Jumotek caregivers are carefully selected and oriented to provide tender loving care to our client’s loved ones while maintaining proper respect and dignity to the cared. We train our caregivers to regard each person they care for as their parents or siblings and to remember that at some point in life, they too might need assistance with completing activities of daily living. The compassions we give now are stored for us in God’s book of life, for use in time of need.
